I started taking medication in 2021 and haven’t looked back.

I know people say going to the gym is like therapy, and it IS good for your mental health… in so many ways.

AND

It’s actually NOT therapy.
When I was struggling, my best friend said to me that sometimes the only way to the other side of the bridge - is medication.

So you can journal, meditate, lift, run, and cold plunge your heart out.
It still might not change your mental health status.

Medication and therapy are there for a reason.
