What if I’m new to fitness?

Welcome! I’m so glad you are here. Being new at something can feel intimidating. I want to remind you that we ALL start out as a beginner, and taking that first step can be incredible hard. Making the investment in yourself is a big deal. My programs are geared to take the guesswork out, and walk beside you each step of the way. If you are a beginner, I suggest The Den, which has a Coaching component to be able to answer any questions, provide feedback, and guide you as you go.

Time scarcity is a real thing. We pack so much into our busy lives. I get it. But what would it look like to make the time for YOU? To prioritize YOUR goals? Most of the workouts I program are 45 min and are simple, effective, and an efficient use of your time. You can do the minimum and still make gains. Time is a barrier for most of us. How do you want to spend the time you have?
