I designed Starter Strength for those looking for a clear path to get started with strength training. This program is for you if you need someone in your corner to help you build sustainable healthy habits that you can lean on for the long-term.
I get it… it’s SO easy to get wrapped up in your kids, laundry, work… you name it. With weekly check-ins and accountability reminders, we’re here to support you. The program is designed to weave INTO your life—not the other way around.
To build strength, all you’ll need are weights that challenge you, but not so heavy that they drain you. We will go over how to choose the right weight in the beginning of the program so you know exactly what weights work best for you.
Each workout is about 35 min to fit easily into your routine and build consistency, even with a busy schedule.
Sometimes life gets lifey—and that is exactly why I created this program. Completing every workout is great, but missing some is okay too. It doesn't make you a bad person, it just makes you human. The program is flexible, so you can pick up where you left off without feeling behind. The focus is on building consistency over time, not perfection.

You’ll have 6 weeks of access to Starter Strength, giving you extra time to complete your workouts at your own pace. After the 6 weeks, your TrueCoach app access will end, and if you’re ready to keep going, the next step is to join The Den.
