Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe

I spent this past weekend at the Radiance Retreat in Venice Beach, CA. It’s a retreat put on by three amazing women (Jill Coleman, Neghar Fonooni, and Jen Sinkler) who are leaders in the fitness community. It was a weekend I kept telling everyone was about “women in fitness and business.” And it was, to an extant… and so much more.

There seems to be a “mean girl” mentality that is going around and it’s based on competition, comparison, and putting others down. It originates from a scarcity mindset, that there is not enough to go around and to get what you want, you put others down. Girls can be catty, I get that. So heading into a weekend with 55 women in one room, there was bound to be some of that, right???

That could not have been farther from the truth. You see, your vibe attracts your tribe. Your approach, mentality, and mindset attract the people and circumstances you have in your life.

And this weekend, 55 women were all working on elevating their life. Some were business owners, some fitness professional, some gym owners, some moms, and ALL were there for sisterhood and to grow as people. That is the vibe I’m talking about.

When you are surrounded by people with an abundance mindset, you can’t help but jump on that train. It’s infectious. And the more you give, the more you get.

You become the average of the five people you hang out with the most. Who are you surrounding yourself with? Do they positively impact your life? Or do they drain you? Your tribe should help you become the best version of you, and be a constant reminder of the ways you contribute. Because you are a contribution to the world.

Our world has opened up in amazing ways due to social media and the internet. My tribe has expanding across the country and around the world. You can choose your tribe. So make sure to choose people who will elevate, encourage, and empower you. We need that little push, that little reminder that we CAN move forward, and go after our dreams. I know I do.

Your voice is important. Find a tribe to encourage and elevate that voice.

I invite you to be a part of my tribe!

xoxo,
