14 Days of Workouts
Each workout is 2 sets of a specified number of rounds of 3 exercises. It should take you about 20-30 minutes to complete the workouts, depending on how much you rest.
What you'll need
Preferably cast iron. Having access to different sizes would be ideal, but not necessary. Just find a good kettlebell you like using, and you're good to go!
